Breakfast:
Oatmeal in strawberries and cream flavor with a little sugar
Orange Juice

Lunch:
Two pieces of meatballs
One green apple

Snacks:
Almond biscotti
Instant coffee with half and half and sugar
Banana
(cheats: two pieces of red bean mochi, one pack of cheese crackers)

Dinner:
Grilled chicken fillet
Steamed vegetable medley with healthy butter
Orange juice

Exercise:
20 minutes at the elliptical
30 minutes ping pong
60 reps abdominals

Note:
I am on niacin and fish oil therapy.
